Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ALTISLINK. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST - Pacific Standard Time)

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (6 to 10 business days):

  • United States: FREE
  • International: $10.00 (FREE on orders over $250.00)


Expedited Shipping (4 to 7 business days):

  • United States: $20.00
  • International: $30.00

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier-specific issues.

3. Shipment Origins
To ensure the best value and availability of our professional communication equipment, your orders are primarily dispatched from our fulfillment center in Quanzhou. Depending on stock levels, some orders may also be fulfilled from our partner facilities.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's official portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ALTISLINK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For our US customers, most orders under $800 qualify for de minimis fair retail value and typically do not incur import duties.

6. Damages and Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if the package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@altislinkradio.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and ensure a replacement or resolution is provided. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
