At ALTISLINK, we build rugged communication gear designed to endure the toughest environments. We stand behind our quality with a straightforward, hassle-free warranty.

1. Warranty Period

  • Walkie-Talkie Main Units: Covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
  • Accessories & Batteries: Covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty (includes charging cables, wall chargers, back clips, and lanyards).

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship under normal, intended use during the warranty period. If a hardware defect arises, ALTISLINK will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, OR
  • Replace the product with a brand-new replacement unit.

3. What is NOT Covered?

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Accidental drops, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
  • Normal wear and tear (such as cosmetic scratches on the casing or screen).
  • Note for S1, D1, DG1: Liquid damage due to submersion (only the W1 features an IP67 waterproof rating).

4. How to Claim Your Warranty

If you experience any issues with your device, our support team is ready to help:

  1. Go to our Contact Us / Support page.
  2. Provide your Order Number and a brief description of the issue (photos or a short video are highly appreciated to speed up the process).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide shipping instructions for your replacement or repair within 24 hours.
