Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ALTISLINK Nationwide Two Way Radio. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your device must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, free from physical damage, scratches, or water damage, with all original tags, accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@altislinkradio.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the radio is defective out of the box, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong model, ALTISLINK will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong item by mistake or simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the device fails to power on, cannot connect to the network, or has any hardware defects so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for devices that have been subjected to unauthorized modification, third-party firmware flashing, or damage caused by misuse (such as severe drops or water damage beyond the IP rating specifications). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the model you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@altislinkradio.com.
